I see that as her supporters’ way of reminding her of her promise to abolish the office if she becomes president and at the same time vent to make known their negative stand against the agency.
I suspect, even if she wins, the office will remain (and renamed) but will be overhauled to suit the plans and programs she has in managing the insurgency problem. Because like you said, “They didn’t even consider that Robredo is not Duterte.”
Yes in reality the agency will remain. PAOCTF evolved from presidential anti crime commission, but what is that agency for when you have the very large body like the police and the NBI?
